Joe Dooley has stepped down as Offaly hurling manager after 4 years
The former All-Ireland winner’s decision comes following clashes with the county board in recent weeks, over the availability of O’Connor Park in Tullamore for training.
Despite this, Dooley says he has no problems with the board, saying they have given his side good support, but adds he’s glad their grievences are in the public domain as it will allow his successor to be aware of the problem.
