Tipperary minor hurling manager Raymie Ryan has backed Clare to claim the Munster title this Sunday against Waterford.
The Premier county played both Clare and Waterford this year in the provincial championship,losing to either side
Ryan saw his side lose to Clare in last month’s semi final and feels that the current holders are a much stronger outfit than Sunday’s opponents:
