The West Clare outfit beat local rivals St. Joseph’s Milltown 1-09 to 0-06 while the Magpies had five points to spare over St. Joseph’s Doora-Barefield, 0-13 to 1-05.

Kilmurray Ibrickane manager John Kennedy is expecting a closely fought final

Meanwhile Ennistymon and Eire Og will contest the Garry Cup final.

Ennistymon had a point to spare over St. Senan’s Kilkee, while Eire Og beat O’Currys 10-7 to 0-03 in a wet and windy Quilty yesterday.

By reaching the final, both teams have guaranteed their spots in next year’s Cusack Cup but nonetheless, Ennistymon boss Brendan Rouine  says they’ll be taking the match very seriously.
