In camogie news and the Clare board last night held their annual awards night with almost 300 guest attending the function in Ennis.
Michael O Halloran of Corofin received the lifetime achievement award while Aisling Collins of Corofin also received the volunteer of the year award for her work with the same club .
Mayor of Clare, Pat Hayes in his address to the crowd, complimented all on the work being done in Camogie circles in Clare, at both Club and County level.

Mayor Hayes also stated that at Monday nights Council meeting, Clare County Council will be signing/leasing Camogie field to the Board, huge achievement for the Board to finally have their own grounds
