Ireland forwards coach Gert Smal will miss the rest of the Six Nations due to an eye condition.
The South African will be replaced by Munster forwards coach Anthony Foley.
Foley will link up with Declan Kidney’s squad after Munster’s game with Cardiff tonight.
Paul O’Connell took the Ireland squad for the captain’s run at the Aviva earlier today ahead of tomorrows Six Nations clash with Italy.
