Ballyea and kilmaley expecting delay for U21 replay

The replay of the county U21 hurling a final between Kilmaley and Ballyea is likely to be delayed by several weeks following last night’s draw in Cusack Park.

The near neighbours played out a thrilling 1-11 to 0-14 draw-with Kilmaley now set to play a seventh  game in this year’s championship following three of their previous games ending all square,including two q-final ties  against Newmarket.

Ballyea coach Michael Guilyfoyle told Clare Fm that tfixing a date for the rematch won’t be easy

Meanwhile the U21 C final is scheduled for this evening in Cusack park as Feakle Killanena take on Tubber at 6-45.

The East Clare side are looking for revenge in their second final in a row-having lost last year’s decider to Parteen following a replay.
