John Burke has been ratified as the new Clare senior ladies football manager.
The Ennis man, who was previously involved in the Dublin senior side, will lead Clare for the first time in their league opener against Fermanagh on February 3rd.

His appointment was ratified at last night’s reconvened AGM of the Clare ladies board, but no details of Burke’s selectors were revealed.
The meeting also saw Bernie Reagan of Wolfe Tones elected as the new county secretary, Edel Conway as assistant and Paul Conway as the new county developmnet officer – the position of PRO is still vacant.
