All Ireland Club Hurling champions Loughgiel Shamrocks were also dethroned today after going down by 15 points to 7 against St Thomas’s in their semi final replay in Clones.
The Galway champions will play Kilcormac-Killoughey of Offaly in the final – a first ever final for both sides.
