Ennisman Keith Whyte has beroken the Irish record for 100km.
The Ultra runner broke the 7 year record in Belgium yesterday, running the Night of Flanders race in a time of 7:03:53. That’s an average pace of 6:47 per mile for 62.5 miles.

The Ennis track member was using th erace as preparation fo rhte World Championships which take place in Durban, South Africa later this year.
