Clare captain Paul Flanagan has identified Tipperary’s forward line as the Premier’s strength ahead of tonight’s Munster Under-21 Hurling Final between both sides.
The match is a repeat of last year’s decider, which saw a late Niall Arthur goal give Clare a two point victory, and another win for the Banner tonight would see the defending champions lift the Munster crown for just the third time.
However, while last year’s encounter was staged at Cusack Park, tonight the county team and their fans face an away day at Semple Stadium in Thurles.
Ballyea man Flanagan is expecting a keenly fought clash.
Meanwhile, Tipperary boss Ken Hogan reports a clean bill of health ahead of tonight’s match.
With last year’s decider in mind, he also admits that revenge will be to the fore of his players’ thoughts.
Clare FM’s live coverage of tonight’s Munster final comes in association with Manix Menswear lower market street Ennis.
