Doonbeg Ready For Lissycasey ‘Lottery’

The manager of the Doonbeg footballers says their semi-final with Lissycasey this weekend is a ‘lottery’.

Kieran O’Neill is reporting a clean bill of health ahead of tomorrow’s game in Kilmihil, wtih both sides looking to take on Cratloe in the decider.

Doonbeg overcame Cooraclare last week to progress to this stage, and O’Neill says they’ll need to show hunger once more in difficult conditions.

Also this weekend, in gaelic football, Miltown St. Joseph’s host Currow of Kerry in the Munster Intermediate Championship – Seanie Malone is the big injury concern for the Clare side ahead of that one.

While in camogie, Newmarket face Lismore of Waterford in tomorrow’s Munster Intermediate Championship Final replay, before Scarriff/Ogonnolloe go up against Belfast’s St. John’s in their All Ireland Junior Semi Final in Ashbourne on Sunday.
