Reading have issued a statement telling clubs they won't welcome an approach for their academy boss Eamonn Dolan.
The Galway man been strongly linked with the vacant managerial job at Leeds.

The Championship side says Dolan has a "fantastic relationship" with Reading manager Nigel Adkins and they have no intention of letting him go.
