Clare's Chris Bryan has been named on the Ireland team for next month's European swimming Championships in Berlin.
The Shannon man, who swims with the Ennis club, is an open water specialist and will take part in two of his favoured long-distance events.

Chris will compete in the 10 kilometre event on the morning of August 14th, and then in the 25 kilometre race three days later.
Bryan just missed out on a place in the London Olympics, and is hoping to swim for Ireland at the Rio Olympics in two years’ time.
