There's been more Banner glory at this years Dublin Horse Show at the RDS.
Ennis youngester Rhys Williams aboard Parc Epic, riding out of Parc Stables, followed up his win in the 128cm pony class on Thursday with a 2nd place finish in the final of the 12/2 category.
Rhys, who turns 10 tomorrow, was just point zero three of a second behind the winner, and was the youngest out of the 18 starters in the event who rode the Aga Khan course.
There was also success for Noelle Barry of Banner Equestrian in Toonagh. Riding Laurence and Yvonne Meaney's Norway venture, the 17 year old was declared the National Young Rider Champion in the 1.25/1.30 class. Noelle has also competed in the European Championships this year in Italy, securing a 7th place finish.
