Triple Header of Clare Senior Hurling Championship Quarter Finals

There’s a feast of hurling in store in Cusack Park this weekend as the Clare Senior Hurling Championship reaches the knockout stages. 

There’s a triple header of Clare Senior Hurling Championship Quarter Finals in Cusack Park on Saturday.

The day throws in at 3.30pm as Cratloe take on Eire Óg.

That’s followed at 5pm by the meeting of O’Callaghans Mills and Clonlara, while Newmarket and Crusheen bring down the curtain at 6.30pm.

The last remaining quarter final will be decided on Sunday afternoon, as Clarecastle go up against Ballyea. That one is underway in Cusack Park at 1pm

Elsewhere the playoff draw for the last two intermediate football semi finals was made last evening.

Kildysart wiill take on Corofin, with the winners advancing to the last four, while the losers take on Kilmihil for the last remaining semi final spot.

In underage hurling action, Feakle/Killenena booked their spot in the Minor A Hurling semi finals with a 3-17 to 1-14 win over Sixmilebridge.

They will now take on Corofin/Ruan, while Eire Óg meet Kilmaley.

Meanwhile 

The fixtures for the intermediate Hurling Semi Finals have been announced. 

Feakle will meet Sixmilebridge in Broadford at 2 o'clock on Saturday. 

While on Sunday Parteen will take on Smith O'Briens in Clonlara at 6 o'clock. 

In the Intermediate Football Semi Final playoff Corofin will play Kildysart in Gurteen at 4 o'clock on Saturday.
