The Clare U21 Football Championship gets underway in earnest this afternoon with 6 games down for decision.
In the U21 A, Ennistymon and Kilrush meet in Quilty for a 2pm throw in.

At 3pm, defending champions Eire Óg get their campaign underway against Lissycasey in Gurteen while at the same time in Ennistymon, Kilmihil take on Kilfenora/Liscannor/Michael Cusacks.
In the U21B, Corofin take on Clooney/Quin in Eire Óg, Shannon is the venue as Cratloe meet Meelick while O'Currys and the Banner clash in Cooraclare.
All those games are underway at 4.30pm.
Last night meanwhile the Clarecastle v Doonbeg U21B tie had to be abandoned following floodlight failure in Kilrush after 5 minutes. The match is set to be replayed
