Rodgers Backs Balotelli To Shine

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers insists he has no doubts Mario Balotelli will come good for them.

The striker has scored just one goal since his move from AC Milan, and didn't find the net in their dramatic 3-2 Premier League win at QPR.

But Rodgers says he can't be expected to be an instant replacement for Luis Suarez.

Meanwhile, Swansea manager Garry Monk has accused Victor Moses of diving to win Stoke a penalty in their 2-1 Premier League defeat at the Britannia Stadium.

He says the winger should be "ashamed of himself" and believes there's a pattern of poor decisions against his team.

Ireland forward Johnathan Walters was among the scorers for Stoke in that game.
