Next on the show, an Taoiseach Leo Varadkar joined us in studio to talk about his visit to Clare, UHL overcrowding and of course Brexit. Listen Below:

Rebecca Lloyd from the Irish Hospice Foundation was live in studio next to talk about making arrangements for after your death. It is something we often shy away from, but is a very important thing to consider. She has been involved in the Getting Your House in Order workshops around Clare, the last of which is Wednesday, 10th April at the Courthouse Gallery 11am-2pm.

Then on Morning Focus, Gavin spoke to Paul O’Neill and Edwina O’Brien about Quakerstown Point to Point and the Easter Country Festival taking place in Boston later this month (April 21st).

After the news, we had this week’s Friday Panel which featured Bob Veron, retired Anglican Minister; William Cahir of Cahir & Co solicitors and Verena Tarpey from Rape Crisis Midwest. We touched on lots of topics including licensing laws, hospital overcrowding, religion in primary education and even Kylie Minogue! Listen back below:

Lastly on the show, Steo Wall was in the studio to chat to Gavin about his new song Rise Up, which he wrote with Sarah Ryan. He also touched on where he gets his inspiration for his songs. Listen Below:
