In the aftermath of Storm Desmond, Clare FM’s Fiona Cahill reported from the streets of Ennis where she spoke to businessman Brian O’Neill and resident Paddy Comer. Gavin also heard from Tom Tiernan Senior Engineer with Clare County Council.
One resident who had to leave her home in Woodgrove, Ennis, was Bridget Mooney who told Gavin of her distress at having to leave her house. Dr Liam Glynn spoke to Gavin from Ballyvaughan about the flooding of the local medical centre.
Concerns over the amount of money being spent on 1916 Commemorations in Clare were raised by Cllr Pat Burke from the Killaloe The spend was defended by Cllr Pat Hayes, Chairperson of the County Clare 1916 Steering Committee. 
Gavin made some beer, but decided that to improve his brewing expertise he needed some help. He brought us a special report from a new microbrewery in Kilmaley. 
The Monday sports panel was comprised of Clare FM’s Derrick Lynch and Peter O'Connell of the Clare Champion.

In an effort to encourage Christmas shoppers to consider Irish craft, the Design and Crafts Council of Ireland launched a special campaign. Gavin was joined in studio by Lynn Kenny of Lynn Kenny Designs, Killaloe and by Brian McGee Acting CEO of the Design & Craft Council of Ireland.
Ahead of a special production from the East Clare Musical Society, Edel Bane brought us a report on rehearsals for 'The Producers' in Scariff.
