A JUDGE has asked that the legislation surrounding the operation of private speed vans be re-examined. At Ennis District Court yesterday he adjourned all Go Safe connected prosecutions before him, after raising concerns over the evidential basis of photographs taken by the vans' cameras of alleged speeding motorists Darragh Hasset of Hassett Considine Solicitors, Ennis and Kilrush and Conor Faughnan AA Roadwatch debated the issue with John, it certainly got listeners talking

The current pupil teacher ratios are set to be maintained an additional 1,700 teacher and SNA posts will be created to cater for additional pupil numbers in primary and post primary schools under guidlines set out in Budget 2015. The  announcement  means that current pupil teacher ratios should be maintained. Sean McMahon President of the INTO outlined the positives and negatives of budget 2015 with John.

Best Will in the World Week takes place every October to highlight the importance of making a will.During Best Will in the World Week, solicitors across the country offer will consultations for a fee of €50.
