Jeremy Clackson is coming to Clare!

Fears have been expressed about road rage along the Clare Coast with the news this morning that controversial TV Presenter Jeremy Clarkson is coming to the Wild Atlantic Way.
The initial invitation to Clarkson came on foot of a council motion from Killaloe area Councillor Alan O'Callaghan and he told Clare FM's Aisling O'Rourke the very latest on this exciting story.

Jeremy Clarkson's arrival could spark fears of another dining room brawl if West Clare menu's aren't up to the former Top Gear Presenter's temperamental tastes, but we've learned preparations are already being made to satisfy his hunger and keep him calm. Lahinch Hotelier Michael Vaughan gave his reaction to this exciting news.

Alcohol Anonymous

With 46 meetings in Clare every week, Alcoholics Anonymous provides services throughout County Clare, details of which can be found on www.alcoholicsanonymous.ie or on a new Clare phoneline 085 1841103. John Cooke met with Harry and Tom to hear their personal stories of AA and to hear about the local services available.

As a taster to what you can expect at the fundraising concert on Easter Sunday night, Maeve gave us a beautiful rendition of Dreamed A Dream from the musical Les Mis.

Morning Focus Animal Matters next with our resident vet, John Underhill of Burren Vets joined us in studio to answers some of your pet queries.
