In the aftermath of Storm Barney in Clare, Morning Focus got an update from Tom Tiernan, Senior Engineer with Clare County Council and Bernardine Maloney, Head of Communications with ESB Networks. 
Employer’s group IBEC launched their wish-list ahead of the General Election. Gavin heard more from Ibec’s Mid-West Acting Regional Director, Sinead Mullins.
With concerns about the availability of defibrillators in Kilkee, Gavin was joined by Manuel di Lucia, founder Kilkee Marine Rescue Service and Kieran Deloughrey.
Aileen Browne Midwest Area Manager with the Irish Blood Transfusion Services Board joined Gavin to discuss temporary restrictions on donations from women and the call for more men to come forward to donate in the meantime.
On Traveller Focus Day, Morning Focus heard about the Pave Cheoil event planned for glory, Ennis. Gavin was joined in studio by Dr Siobhan O'Connor Co-Ordinator, Ennis CDP Primary Health Care Programme for Travellers in Clare; Emer O'Flaherty Music Generation Clare Stephen Pecker Dunne, singer, and other leading Traveller musicians.
East Clare poet Joe Noonan joined Gavin to read from his new collection 'Mirrored Faces’.
The topic of genetic genealogy was discussed by Dr Maurice Gleeson and Paddy Waldron Chairperson of the Clare Roots Society.
Hazel Mountain Chocolates the world’s smallest and most remote chocolate factory is based in the Burren. John Connolly, the company’s co-founder joined Gavin in studio.
Fr Brian Darcy Passionist priest, commentator and author joined Gavin to chat about faith, the Church and his latest book – 'And Catch the Heart off Guard'. 
Caroline Collins from Ennis Bookshop joined Gavin to review ‘Once Upon a Place’ by Eoin Colfer, and to look at the first illustrated version of the Harry Potter series.
