Forsa says no warning was given to unions ahead of the announcement of significant cost-cutting measures at Shannon Airport.
Shannon Group has this week informed staff of a number of proposals including temporary layoffs, reduced working hours, career breaks and a voluntary severance scheme, as part of efforts to safeguard the future of the airport.
The three trade unions representing staff at Shannon; Forsa, Siptu, and Connect, have rejected the measures.
