Police say at least 10 people have been killed in a rocket attack on the city of Mariupol in Ukraine.
Pro-Russian rebels fired volleys of heavy Grad rockets on a residential district of the government-held port after vowing to step up their campaign against the Kiev government.

The pro-Kiev volunteer Azov regiment based around the city said there were "many wounded" in the attack.
