13 people are now in hospital in University Hospital Limerick with confirmed cases of COVID-19.
On the same day last week, that number stood at seven.
The total number of confirmed cases in the intensive care unit at UHL stands at two, but has increased nationally to 30.

At 8pm last night, there were 216 confirmed COVID cases in all Irish hospitals, up by around 50% week-on-week.
