There's a jobs boost for North Tipperary today.
Eight million euro is being invested in a 5 acre site in Nenagh, with plans to construct retail outlets and a health care centre.

The redevelopment will result in the creation of 200 new jobs in the town.
The site, where the vacant Nenagh Shopping Centre currently stands, has been bought by local businessman Martin Healy.
Zest Health Care, which has operations in Mallow Co.Cork, are understood to be in negotiations to role out a similar practice as part of the plans.
