The level of overcrowding at the region’s main hospital has dropped again today.
The latest INMO figures show 22 people were left waiting on trolleys at University Hospital Limerick this morning, 21 of those in the emergency department.
The overall figure is just 2 more than the next busiest facility, Dublin’s Mater Hospital.
