Irish aid agency Goal says up to 25 jobs could go at its head offices in Dublin and London as it deals with 'tighter funding'.
Late last year the Irish Government resumed payments of almost 4 million euro in funding to the NGO following an investigation into its Syrian aid programme.
In a statement the charity says a two-week voluntary redundancy application period has begun for all staff.
The job losses are expected to take effect from March 1st.
