Staff at Roche in Clarecastle have been dealt a jobs blow.
25 positions are to be cut at the Pharmaceutical facility as part of the multinational 2.7 billion euro global restructuring programme.
Almost 5,000 staff will be cut from their worldwide workforce.

Speaking to Clare FM at the Roche Ireland facility in Clarecastle, Managing Director – Sven Hauptmann, said cuts are needed to ensure the future viability of the company.
