The President of Ireland is leading Birthday wishes for the Banner County's local radio station as Clare FM marks 25 years in operation.
President Michael D. Higgins has praised local radio for providing a voice for the community and contributing to inclusive citizenship as Clare FM begins a day of celebrations for this special occasion.

Clare FM was launched by the President Paddy Hillery in a function at the Old Ground Hotel, Ennis on September 10th, 1989.
Ahead of the landmark anniversary, people from throughout Clare have joined with the President in sending their good wishes to the county’s most listened-to radio station.
