The level of overcrowding at the region’s main hospital is continuing to rise.
The latest figures from the INMO show 43 people were waiting for beds at University Hospital Limerick this morning, 25 of those in the emergency department.
It means the Dooradoyle facility is once again the most overcrowded in the country.
