The level of overcrowding at the regions main hospital is more than twice that of any other hospital in the country.
The latest INMO figures show there were 44 people waiting for beds at University Hospital Limerick this morning, 34 of those in the emergency department.
In contrast, the HSE’s own TrolleyGAR statistics showed just 10 patients on trolleys in Dooradoyle this morning.
