A new report has found that only a small fraction of private sector workers in Clare are capable of working remotely.
The Regional Co-Working Analysis report published by the Regional Assemblies shows that 6,350 of Clare’s private sector workers are able to work from home, 7% of the total number in the entire southern region which covers Munster, Kilkenny, Carlow and Wexford.
The report also showed there are 11 co-working hubs in Clare, areas where office space and internet are provided, this is the fifth lowest amount in the region.
