631 covid cases have been reported today – the highest figure since April 1st.
50 people are in hospital with the virus, 15 of which are in ICU.
Locally, there have been 70 Covid-19 cases identified in Clare in the past 14 days.

Yesterday’s figures saw less than 5 new cases in this county, while there were 35 in our neighbours in Limerick.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tony Holohan says today’s figure is a cause of concerns and shows the disease is prevalent in communities again.
