Up to 75 jobs are to go at a Shannon-based technology support company.
Sykes, in the Shannon Industrial Estate, provides customer contact services for clients across the world in the communications, financial services and healthcare industries.
It’s been in Clare for over twenty years.

A company spokesperson has told Clare FM there will be "staff fluctuations due to changing market needs" but it’s understood the loss of a major contract with Sony is the reason for up to half of the Shannon workforce being laid off.
Sykes headquarters are based in Florida – and the company has said no further statement will be made.
