The event has been organised by anti-war group Shannonwatch, but is due to be attended by a number of groups including Sinn Féin and the Anti-Austerity Alliance/People Before Profit.
It will coincide with a similar protest outside the US embassey in Dublin.
The AAA's Clare representative, Seónaidh Ní Shíomóin hopes there will be a large turnout.
