There’s been scathing criticism of the New Chief Executive of Aer Lingus from Clare Councillors with claims that he couldn’t be bothered using Shannon Airport.
Following the announcement of 102 redundancies at Shannon, Councillors have expressed annoyance that the former state airline and new CEO Christoph Mueller haven’t availed of the new customs and border protection facility in Shannon, while British Airway’s gave it a ringing endorsement with their new London to New York service.
