Representatives of Aer Lingus cabin crew and the airline are expected to hold talks on a dispute over rosters early next week, after tomorrow's industrial action.
Tomorrow's strike at Shannon, Cork and Dublin Airports has disrupted the travel plans of 28,000 passengers at the beginning of one of the busiest weekends of the year.
It will go ahead, even though both sides have agreed to hold discussions, which IMPACT says will take place after the Bank Holiday weekend.
