An East Clareman has been named the new Clare Chair of the IFA.
Parteen man Tom Lane, who had been serving as the county’s livestock chair, takes over the reigns from Doonbeg farmer Willie Hanrahan.
Lane was elected to the position at last night’s AGM, which was addressed by the association’s president-elect, Tim Cullinan.
