There’s anger in Ennis after the local rugby club was targeted by thieves.
It’s believed that those involved climbed over the wall of the secured grounds overnight on Wednesday and used a ladder to remove 120 square metres of catch netting.
Gardaí have been notified and an investigation is underway.

The netting will cost the club several thousand euro to replace and President of the Club, Richie Murphy, has been telling me that he can’t understand the motive behind the theft:
