Chronic overcrowding remains an issue at University Hospital Limerick.
According to the latest stats from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation there are 32 people on trolleys and a further 8 above capacity in wards.

Yesterday there were 31 people on trolleys at Dooradoyle.
The facility is once again the most overcrowded in the country with 296 people in a similar situation across the island.
