Activists calling for a mass boycott of the 100 euro household charge will launch a new national poster campaign later today.
Members of the Campaign Against Household and Water Taxes will also begin distributing a quarter of a million newsletters and will outline details of meetings which will be held in the coming weeks in every town in Ireland.

So far, 47 thousand of the 1.6 million households who are liable to pay the tax, have registered to pay.
