A 31-year-old county Antrim man is in a critical but stable condition in hospital in Australia, after he was allegedly punched once in the head by his older brother.
Patrick Lyttle had been back-packing around Australia for several months, and his family had just arrived in Sydney for a holiday.

It's reported he had an argument with his brother who punched him in the head.
33 year old Barry Lyttle appeared in court in Sydney earlier today, charged with recklessly causing grievous bodily harm.
He was remanded in custody and will appear in court again on Monday.
Police have described the incident as a family tragedy.
