Crimestoppers is appealing for information about the murder of a taxi driver who body was discovered near Cratloe 21 years ago today.
32 year old Henry Hurley died a violent death before his remains were discovered near Setrights Cross on the outskirts of Limerick City on July 7th, 1989.
The killing is being investigated by the Garda’s ‘Serious Crime Review’ unit, set up in 2007 to investigate unsolved murders and other serous crime.

As part of the appeal for information, gardaí have handed out leaflets at Sarsfield taxi rank in Limerick City.
Crimestoppers is offering a 10-thousand euro reward for useful any information.
