The average price of a house in Clare is now more than €190,000.
Daft.ie’s latest report shows an increase in the cost og home in this county of more than two percent on this time last year.
However, It’s the lowest percentage jump in Munster in the same timeframe, and houses in Clare are on average 30 percent less than the national average of €276,000.

Ronan Lyons, who authored the report, says supply will be key in the market going forward.
