An aircraft leasing company, headed by a Clare businessman, has secured significant investment to purchase further planes.
Avolon which is run by Dómhnal Slattery has raised 490 million euro which will be used to buy 11 new planes to continue the expansion of the company’s fleet.

It will purchase the 11 aircraft from four airlines, bringing its fleet above 60.
