The Burren Smokehouse has hit the right notes at the Irish Quality Food and Drinks Awards.

The Lisdoonvarna based family business has won the Best Fresh Fish Award for their Burren Smoked Irish Organic Salmon with Seaweed.
The contest evaluates producers on the island of Ireland and the judging took place over two weeks in July with ten judges putting each product to the test.
