A Ballyvaughan resident is urging Cancer survivors to put pen to paper and detail their tales of getting through the disease.
Frank Russell has battled both neck and prostate cancer and has lost two brothers to the Big C.

He along with a midlands based support centre, LARCC, have now lauched the Lazarus community forum where those who've gone through or are going through treatment can share their stories.
On this world Cancer day, Mr Russell says he wants to give people some hope.
