There’s been a higher percentage increase in the number of people searching for locations outside of their five kilometre radius in Clare than anywhere else in the country.
New data from website 2 KM From Home dot com shows there’s been a 39 percent jump in people in this county looking for landmarks more than five kilometres away in the last two weeks.
It’s well above the national average of 25 percent, with Dublin seeing the lowest increase at 23 percent.

Kerry, Offaly and Wexford are the other counties to see a similar jump to Clare.
