Eamon Casey will be laid to rest in Galway later today.
The former Catholic Bishop passed away at Carrigoran Nursing Home in Clare on Monday, aged 89, after a long illness.
He’ll be laid to rest in the Cathedral crypt following 2 o’clock Funeral Mass in the Cathedral of Our Lady Assumed into Heaven and Saint Nicholas.
